However, if the Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA, the said Licensee may not download, install, or use the Digital Product.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">التعريفات</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> «EULA» تشير إلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه، بما في ذلك أي تعديل عليها.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">«المرخَّص له» يشير إلى الفرد أو الكيان الذي ينزّل المنتج الرقمي ويستخدمه.</span></p>\n<p><span يعني منتجات Araboo الرقمية، المنتج المرخَّص المقدّم بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">منح الترخيص</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">مع مراعاة شروط هذه الاتفاقية، يمنح Araboo.co.uk المرخَّص له ترخيصًا مجانيًا قابلًا للإلغاء ومحدودًا وغير حصري لاستخدام نسخة قابلة للعرض (وغير قابلة للتنزيل) من المنتج الرقمي. ولا يُسمح للمرخَّص له بفرض رسوم مقابل توزيع هذا المنتج.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">الملكية الفكرية</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">توافق على أن جميع الحقوق والملكية والمصالح في حقوق النشر وغيرها من حقوق الملكية الفكرية في المنتج المرخَّص تعود للمرخّصين. ولا يمنحك أي شيء في هذه الاتفاقية أي حق في استخدام أي ملكية فكرية واردة في المنتج المرخَّص.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">وبالتالي، فإن جميع الحقوق والملكية وحقوق النشر في المنتج الرقمي، بما في ذلك جميع الصور والرسومات والصوت والفيديو والنصوص والبيانات والشيفرة والمعلومات، مملوكة للمرخّص، والبرنامج محمي بموجب جميع قوانين حقوق النشر المعمول بها والمعاهدات الدولية.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">وصف الحقوق والقيود</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>التثبيت والاستخدام</strong>: يجوز للمرخَّص له استخدام المنتج الرقمي على حاسوب مشترك أو في وقت واحد على حواسيب مختلفة، وذلك فقط لاستخدام المرخَّص له ضمن عمله أو استخدامه الشخصي.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>النسخ والتوزيع</strong>: لا يجوز للمرخَّص له تكرار نسخ المنتج الرقمي أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن خطّي صريح من المرخّصين. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>قيود المرخَّص له</strong>: لا يجوز للمرخَّص له:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">استخدام المنتج المرخَّص لأي غرض غير الأغراض الشخصية وغير التجارية؛</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">استخدام المنتج المرخَّص لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مشروع؛</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">جمع المحتوى بأي وسيلة آلية، بما في ذلك كشط قواعد البيانات أو كشط الشاشة؛ أو</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">الهندسة العكسية للمنتج الرقمي أو فكّ تجميعه أو تفكيكه، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون صراحةً.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">التحديث والصيانة</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يقدّم Araboo.co.uk التحديثات والصيانة بشكل دوري أو حسب الحاجة.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">الدعم</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">ليس على Araboo.co.uk أي التزام بدعم المنتج الرقمي أو بمواصلة تقديمه أو تحديثه.</span></p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #00ccff; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">أحكام عامة</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>الإنهاء</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">في حال الإنهاء، تنتهي على الفور جميع التراخيص الممنوحة بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، وتوافق على التوقّف عن الوصول إلى هذا المنتج.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">وعليه، يجوز إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">تُنهى تلقائيًا إذا أخفق المرخَّص له في الامتثال لأي من شروط وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية؛</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">إنهاؤها من قِبل Araboo.co.uk؛ أو</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">إنهاؤها من قِبل المرخَّص له.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يجوز لأيٍ من الطرفين إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية فورًا بإشعار خطّي للطرف الآخر، بما في ذلك البريد الإلكتروني.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>عدم القابلية للنقل</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يملك المرخَّص له خيار نقل جميع الحقوق بموجب هذه الاتفاقية نقلًا دائمًا، شريطة موافقة المتلقّي على شروط هذه الاتفاقية، وهي غير قابلة للنقل دون موافقة خطّية مسبقة من Araboo.co.uk.</span></p>\n<p><span أن يكون خطّيًا ويُعدّ قد قُدّم إذا سُلّم بالبريد المسجّل إلى العناوين المعنية للطرفين.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>التكامل</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يتفق الطرفان على أن هذه الاتفاقية هي البيان الكامل والحصري للتفاهم المتبادل بين الطرفين، وتحلّ محلّ أي اتفاق سابق يتعلّق بموضوعها.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>قابلية الفصل</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">لا يُعدّ أي تأخير أو إخفاق من جانب أيٍ من الطرفين في ممارسة أي حق تنازلًا عنه. وإذا اعتُبِر أي حكم غير قابل للإنفاذ أو باطلًا من قِبل محكمة مختصّة، فيُقصَر على الحدّ الأدنى الضروري، وتظلّ الأحكام المتبقّية سارية المفعول.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>الضمان وإخلاء المسؤولية</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يُقدّم المنتج المرخَّص «كما هو»، دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، صريح أو ضمني، بما في ذلك الضمانات الضمنية للرواج التجاري أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانتهاك. ويقبل المرخَّص له أي مخاطر تنشأ عن استخدام المنتج الرقمي.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>المسؤولية المحدودة</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">يوافق المرخَّص له على أن Araboo.co.uk لن يكون مسؤولًا عن أي خسارة في الأرباح أو أي ضرر تبعي أو عرضي أو خاص أو مباشر أو غير مباشر. ولا تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية لـ Araboo.co.uk المبلغ الفعلي الذي دفعه المرخَّص له مقابل المنتج الرقمي.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>التعويض</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">توافق على تعويض Araboo.co.uk وإبراء ذمّته من جميع الالتزامات والأضرار والخسائر أو النفقات الناشئة عن أي من تصرّفاتك، بما في ذلك مخالفة هذه الاتفاقية أو أي قانون معمول به.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>الاتفاقية الكاملة</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">تشكّل هذه الاتفاقية كامل التفاهم بين Araboo.co.uk والمرخَّص له، وتحلّ محلّ جميع الاتفاقات السابقة، سواء كانت خطّية أو شفهية.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">تُفسّر هذه الاتفاقية وفقًا لاختصاص المحاكم في المملكة المتحدة. وأي إجراء قانوني يتعلّق بها يُرفع حصريًا في محاكم المملكة المتحدة، ويوافق جميع الأطراف على
