DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Araboo.co.uk provides users with access to online services that allow you to do the following: use our resources to help students learn Arabic as a Foreign Language. Users can practise their reading, listening, writing and speaking skills, learn new vocabulary in context with our mix of texts and have a lot of fun while learning vocabulary in topics with our quizzes and interactive activities. The Teacher Dashboard section enables teachers to keep track of their students progress with our built-in statistics system and live leaderboard features.
ACCESS
Subscribing as a school/teacher will entitle every student in your group to have access and use Araboo resources. Access is limited to one geographical site and cannot be shared with partner schools for example. Resources are accessible via a computer, a tablet or a phone and can be used at school and at home by all our registered users. Subscribing as an individual will enable you to use the website and its resources according to your chosen plan.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE
Subscription fees are to be paid at the beginning of the billing cycle and renewed on time to avoid any service interruption. An automated email will be sent to our customers a month before the end of each contract. Araboo.co.uk reserves the right to change the price of annual fees at any time and please check the pricing section of our website for current offers.
DISCOUNT CODES
- Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
- Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
- The voucher code is not valid and will not be applied to the following items/categories:– Classroom Plan.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the platform.
- We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
- Promotion codes are only valid on specific products and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
- In the event of part of the order being refunded, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The offer/coupon code must be entered in to the Coupon Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
SERVICE DELIVERY
If the subscription is paid, an email is sent automatically to customers with all the required information. For all subscriptions, fee transfers typically take between 1-2 working days for fund clearance and licences are granted upon payment received.
COPYRIGHTS
Araboo.co.uk owns and controls all the copyright and other intellectual property rights on our website. This means users can only use our materials for their own use within their educational establishments.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Araboo.co.uk reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Araboo services with or without notice. You agree that Araboo.co.uk shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Araboo services. Please note that some services may have some interruptions for maintenance purposes.
Refunds
Please note that after 14 days, a purchased license to Araboo is non refundable.
If you encounter any issues with the digital content, depending on the nature or extent of problem, you may be entitled to a:
- replacement, or a
- price reduction, or a
- refund.
